Michael Leonard Vaughan affectionately called "Deuce" of Ahoskie, NC departed this life on Friday, February 11, 2022, at Vidant Roanoke Chowan Hospital in Ahoskie, NC. A native of Hertford Co., NC he was born on March 25, 1953, to the late Bernard Vaughan and Geneva Riddick Vaughan. He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife Mattie Vaughan of New Bern, NC; one son, Adrian Vaughan (Latoya) of Kinston, NC; three brothers, Jimmy Vaughan (Elaine), Don Vaughan (Rose Mary) both of Ahoskie, NC and Howard Hoggard (Mae) of Lewiston, NC; two sisters, Ava Thomas of Ahoskie, NC and Edith Revelle (Fred) of Powellsville, NC; three grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL VISITATIONS AND SERVICES.
