A native of Hertford Co., NC he was born on September 24, 1964, to Robert Walter Wiggins and Mamie Lou Daniel Wiggins. He worked as a Postal Supervisor for US Postal Service. He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Kim Allen-Wiggins of the home; two daughters, MaLissa Blair of the home, Kharmyn Sheppard (Randell) of Jacksonville, NC; two sons, Korey Wiggins and Timothy Wiggins, Jr. both of the home; five brothers, Joseph Lee Wiggins (Patricia) of Como, NC, Arnold Perry Wiggins of Ahoskie, NC, Robert Nathaniel Wiggins (Regenia) of St. John, NC, Michael Eric Wiggins (Earline) of Ahoskie, NC and Gregory Wiggins, (Danielle) of Brisbane, Australia; five sisters, Mamie "Gen" Keyes (William) of Como, NC, Connie "Kitty" Gregory of Newport News, VA, Sylvia Smith (Arthur) of Scotland Neck, NC, Lynn Cherry-Miller of Hampton, VA, and Gwendolyn Jernigan, of Como, NC, fivegrandchildren; five aunts, Otelia Willis, Florine Pearson, Alma Johnson (Wallace), Eulalia Warren (Donell) all of Murfreesboro, NC and Elsie Porter of NJ; two uncles, Leroy Wiggins (Mildred) of Murfreesboro, NC and James H. Daniel (Elizabeth) of Como, NC. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives, and friends. Masks are still required for all visitations and services.
