Wardell "Pop Corn" Crocker

December 21, 1949 - February 5, 2021

Wardell Crocker affectionately called "Pop Corn" of Pendleton, NC departed this life on Friday, February 5, 2021 at his residence. A native of Northampton Co., NC he was born on Dec. 21, 1949 to the late Jimmie L. Crocker and Nora Bynum Crocker. He leaves to cherish his memories: (1) daughter, Kim Murphy of Durham, NC; (1) sister, Thelma Everett of Pendleton, NC; (1) brother, James Crocker (Lillian) of Baltimore, MD; (1) sister-in-law, Catherine Crocker of Portsmouth, VA; (1) brother-in-law, Joe Twine of Murfreesboro, NC; (1) grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Due to Covid-19 all family and friends will be asked to double mask and or wear a facial shield at the graveside. Thank you in advance for practicing safety.
